NEWS: North West suffers under a mountain of email

At around 7:15pm on 29th November, the publishing company Macmillan-Scott sent out thousands of emails to businesses in the North West of England, subjecting many to serious problems, including denial of service. The problem appears to have originated in a bug on the sending system which has caused the mail to be repeatedly sent to inboxes which did not accept the previous mail.
